Benefits

The business environment is changing at an ever-increasing pace. Companies are looking for high standards in project management and to seek confirmation that individuals working in project management are competent in this field.

We work with the American Society for the Advancement of Project Management ('asapm') as a recognised Competency Enabler. asapm is the USA Affiliate of the International Project Management Association. The IPMA Level D qualification is therefore recognised worldwide. It is generic so an individual may carry it from job to job or from one industry to another.

The Proportion project management course has been developed to follow the goals of the 'asapm'. The work that candidates undertake on the course will raise the awareness of and standard for project management within their organizations.

Ask yourselves:
What percentage of your projects have been over budget?
How many Projects fail to deliver on time?
Are you relinquishing your marketplace edge to successfully streamlined competitors? In today’s global marketplace corporate inefficiencies run high without properly trained Project Managers.

Get your Projects under control:
Training your team in Project Management best practice increases your overall effectiveness, helping your company to make more money with less hassle. For example, learn about:

The second paper poses questions which demands written discussion.
The whole examination is designed to demonstrate the candidate's knowledge in respect of important aspects of project management.
